Impossible reach London- cancellation

Nos ponemos en contacto con los Apartamentos Cavendish (65 Harley Street, London) para comunicarles que por motivos ajenos a nosotros no podemos llegar a Londres en las fechas reservadas, y para solicitarles la devolución del prepago de toda la estancia.

La respuesta es que desafortunadamente NO nos pueden devolver el pago realizado.

  This is to inform You We´ll not be able to arrive to London as our flight has been canceled and there is no any other option of arrival to London from east of Spain for the next 5 days. Please cancel the hole reservation. I kindly ask you for a refund of the payment in advance as the situation is exceptionel and get out of control.
